Armoured Hare of Winchester is a peaceful Warrior Hare in honour of Alfred and his defence of early England against the Danes, but also in honour of Winchester’s war heroes in more modern times. Equally Armoured Hare speaks about mental health and wellbeing, symbolising the armour we put on against all that we face in the world.
